Retained contracts are ideal for senior-level positions (C-level, MD, GM,,), as well as for technical or project-critical specialists and for confidential searches.

The primary advantage to a retained search is that it guarantees your company that a position will be filled with the best available candidate within a specified period of time. This option will provide you with a dedicated consultant who contacts every potentially qualified candidate to discuss your opportunity, and screens the available pool of talent to determine their ultimate fit with your company. We commit to continue the search, until a candidate is to be hired.

Typically, retained searches are contracted under a short list fee payment with the remainder of the fee payable on the starting date of the chosen candidate

Success Contingency Contracts

Contingency searches are typically applied to general requirement positions without specific sector focus nor specialist skills.

In first instance, we will explore our existing database of candidates, possibly advertise the position on our website and appropriate job boards. We commit to screen all interested and qualified candidates, before submitting a short list of candidates who are a true fit for the job.

With a contingency search, no fees or deposit will be charged to you until a placement is made. As a consequence, there is no guarantee of success.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing

When a company regularly has vacancies, they might opt to appoint us to craft a plan for recruiting from all of their preset targets, learn more details about their technologies and fill all of those positions, on time. With the payment of a monthly retainer, our client gives us the latitude to assign dedicated resources to your account. When placements are made, they are invoiced as a contingency search, less any retainer collected.
