The primary advantage to a retained search is that it guarantees your company that a position will be filled with the best available candidate within a specified period of time. We commit to continue the search until a candidate is to be hired.

Typically, retained searches are contracted under a short list fee payment with the remainder of the fee payable on the starting date of the chosen candidate.

Success Contingency Contracts

Contingency searches are typically applied to general requirement positions without specific sector focus nor specialist skills.

In the first instance, we will explore our existing database of candidates, possibly advertise the position on our website and appropriate job boards. We commit to screening all interested and qualified candidates, before submitting a short list of candidates who are a true fit for the job.

With a contingency search, no fees or deposit will be charged to you until a placement is made. As a consequence, there is no guarantee of success.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing
